Pactrol announce the release of CSS 2 - A digital FSC replacement for CSS

 

Full Sequence Control

Based on Pactrol's MicroGas™ technology, the FSC control supervises the ignition and operation of the gas burner.

The MicroGas™ FSC offers multiple ignition attempts, factory programmable spark rates, millisecond timing accuracy, and volatile or non-volatile lockout.

Hot surface ignition is also available if requested.

Typically, the FSC would be incorporated with the ALC on to a single PCB. However, we can also offer a two PCB solution if required.

Typical Options

Fully programmable:

Millisecond accurate purge, ignition and post purge timings

Multiple Ignitions:

Up to 5 ignition attempts before lockout

Lockout:

Selectable as either volatile or non-volatile with remote indication and/or reset if required

Ignition source:

Spark or HSI

Probes:

Single, dual or triple probe options available

Detection:

Flame ionization (1uA typically)
